Go to Help -> About -> System -> User data folder
This tells you were the data folder of TaskUnifier is located.
Go in that folder, then user, an id, then backup folder.

Actually that's not quite right - to see where your backups are,
Go to Help > About > System > User Home
C:\Users\ [user] \AppData\Roaming\TaskUnifier\users\ [TU user ID] \backup\
If you made a manual backup and gave it a name, that isn't recorded in the filename of the backup.
To see the name you gave a manual backup, you can look in File > Restore backup > Backup list
Then either rely on the timestamp which IS recorded in the filename of the backup, or
Open Notepad and then open the backup.properties file to see the manual backup name.
