How do I get TaskUnifier "start over" with Toodledo's task list? Somehow during a sync, the local list of Folders got removed. I can't add the folder list back manually it creates a "duplicate" error. A completely fresh pull from Toodledo would solve the problem, but I don't know how to accomplish it.

Settings -> Synchronization -> Remove all and synchronize
