Scroll by month (with keyboard shortcuts) -- monthly view and yearly view

For those users who prefer keyboard shortcuts instead of using the mouse, please consider adding keyboard shortcuts to scroll by month forwards / backwards for both monthly view and yearly view. And, of course, yearly-view is a feature request.
