#56 Always on top on context menu for windows

Hello,

First of all, great little app, it's just awesome!

I was wondering if it were possible to add an Always
on Top command to the context menu for each window
(next to Minimize to Tray, for example) that would
make that window Always or Top (or un-make it), for
applications that don't provide a command for doing
that.

I don't think it would be too hard, would it?

Again, thanks for such a great app!
