"Close in..." timer functionality

In addition to the usual common "close" window have
another option called say "close in..." whereby the user
can enter a countdown timer value when to close the
application.
I would find this very useful for example if I am playing
some streaming audio in Real Player or something and I
want to go to sleep and have TaskSwitcher close the
application within a specified time value settable by the
user (say up to 24 hours). So I would choose the real
player window and say "close in..." and a dialog will
allow me to choose a value, say 45 minutes or
whatever. Then TaskSwitcher would count down the 45
minutes and close the application when it reaches 0.

That doesn't really seem to have much to do with task
switching to me. Task management I guess, but it seems an
app besides TaskSwich would be better suited to that. Say
something that sits in your system tray and show's you the
countdown clock, or just shows a little floating window with
the countdown.
