#38 Automatically switch icon sizes

It would be nice if instead of a checkbox for small icons,
we had a drop down with large, small, and auto
options. Auto would use large icons when there are few
enough windows that it require scrolling, and small
when there's more. I personally like large icons in
general but would prefer small icons over scrolling.

Thirded. 32x32 as default is rather ugly on my display.
