#37 Generate all previews immediately
Currently when you first hit Alt-Tab there's a slight
but noticable delay before the preview shows up. This
occurs for every window the first time you go around
the list, but the preview is immediate thereafter.
How about when you first hit Alt-Tab to bring up the
switcher, it starts generating ALL the previews? This
way, unless you're moving very quickly through the list
right away, the second or third preview on won't have a
delay.
If that's a memory concern, how about always doing it
for the two or three ahead of the selection?

Oh, and I'm aware of the "Delay of first preview generation"
setting. It didn't change anything. This appears related
to the time it takes to generate the preview itself.
