#32 Group similar application icons

Typically I have 2 opera windows, a few notepads, and 3+
explorer windows, and other development apps.

1) I would like have my similar icons, such as explorer,
grouped together in the list. Usually I want to find an
explorer window, but I need to figure out which one.

2) An extension to this would be to categorize under an
icon, if the app is set to "Verticle List". In this mode,
multiple explorer windows would be as:

<icon> Explorer
<bullet/small icon> c:\temp\downloads
<bullet/small icon> \\daffy\services\bin

Item 1 would be VERY helpful to me, but item 2 is just a
bonus.
