I am going to vote for this feature. I think this will
definitely be a well worth addition. In addition to right
click, personally I think hotkeys for moving to monitor N
would be crucial.
I used to use TaskSwitchXP strictly for ALT+TAB+Arrows but I
just figured out the whole multiple-selection feature and
the minimize to tray feature and I am starting to really,
really like it! I love TaskSwitchXP! :)
Now I only wish the linux people would start noticing this
and come up with something comparable for Gnome/KDE.

Try ultramon. That util already does this. and a lot more.
check it out. only downside is its commercial software using
a name/key registration
