#25 Position of preview pane

First of all.Many txs for this amazing app.I use it at a
regular base and am very happy about it.
Could you please add an option where we(as users) can
choose where the preview pane comes?
now we have only the options left and right but if we
could move for instance the icons on top or the preview
on top, that would be nice!!!!!

This feature was added to my TODO list for a long time. But
there is a small problem with default StartPanel style & visual
styles. Maybe I'll add it at the same time with "custom skin
definition"... Thanks!
