I have look so long for something like this! Very nice job!
Just have a couple of request that hopefully others will like too:
1) do not change the icon order on sebsequet invokes. For me, it's easier if the icons don't keep moving around.
2) group similar icons, such as multiple browser windows, together. I don't mean how the win task bar does it.. just have all of the window icons in a row together.
3) make the pop-up window larger, size configurable, or resizeable.
I can't believe this is an open source project... awesome job.

and three, apart from a resizable window, there is ample options to indirectly make the window larger, try increasing the number of lines, adjust icon sizing and the width of the preview image.
1) Maybe I'll add an option for default sorting to next versions. Currently you can sort tasks by command from the context menu or by hotkeys: F9 (or -) and F10 (or +)..
2) This feature also added to my TODO list. Currently you can sort tasks by application (=EXE name), but TSXP not collapse they to one icon..
3) Are you using my latest beta 2.04? You can change all sizes!
