#49 Minimized to tray doesn't update window title

When you minimize a window to the tray, and then the
title of that window changes (e.g. a new song starts
playing in your media player, gmail gets a new message
in the inbox, etc), I think the minimized-to-tray
icon's title should get updated to reflect the change
in the windows title.
