#2 TF UI sometimes doesn't show up and is invisible

For some reason periodically when you start TF, the UI is invisible. IE there is no animation that would show the main app, you see a frozen version of the last app on the screen, but if you hit somewhere on the touch screen, the corresponding app will animate and start up.
