Update Release - TaskControl v.2.1.2.0

This release becomes with a new version of TaskControl which is more rich and flexible.
Now it has some new features to:
* Export Tasks in (txt, rtf, doc) formats.
* Create Observations for each task.
* Separate the Description and the Observation with a Split to define the space between each other.
* Key Shortcuts to delete a task or group pressing the "Delete" key over a item.
* New Menu format to improve the user experience.
* Hide Application to SysTray when is minimized and show a icon on SysTray to restore or close the application.
* A better way to chose groups (using a TreeView now) when is Sending some task as a report.
