#467 syncing between iPhone and Windows 10 apps

I've read everything I can find here to help me fix this, but nothing works. I have the latest versions of both apps, and the Windows app is configured for my iPhone, but for some reason the Windows app refuses to recognise that the Bonjour service is installed (it's not only installed, it's running). As a result, the iPhone app can't find the Windows app. My internet connection is hard-wired to my computer, but my modem also has wifi enabled so that I can use my iPhone anywhere in the apartement without a data plan. I have no trouble at all synching between the iPhone and other Windows apps like 'Photo Transfer App' or 'Evernote'.
