#464 Error on quitting Task Coach

Hi

When I quit Task Coach, it does not quit cleanly and brings up the attached error (it's in Japanese but I'm presuming it's a customized generic Windows error): "A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available."
Win 7 32 bit. Version 1.4.3.

Any idea what I can do to solve the problem? Thanks.
