#387 Search Drill Down

Hi Dear Task Coach Authors - I use the search feature to find tasks matching whatever the criteria within the task name. Is there a way or can you make it so, as a toggle switch, so that the search function can also be used to drill down into the tasks to find and display tasks containing the search text within the tasks? I would very much like to have that ability. Please advise. Regards, Craig

I think the OP only wants to search task descriptions ? If so, it's already possible; click on the magnifier icon on the left of the search field and check "Search description too".

Hi Aaron,

Thank you for letting me know about the existing feature request.. I will look through your comments and suggestions on the existing feature and see if there's a way to make it work for me. In my case, I include date stamps in yyyymmdd format. I want to search for common text criteria including my date stamps. I'm still getting used to the program but have been using it only a relatively short while, and I really like it! Thank you for your quick reply, too.
