#379 Is it possible to have completed items split visually into recent and older completed?

If this is already in there - forgive me but I haven't found it. Would it be possible to define a different color scheme for items completed in the last x days (7 days in my case). IE: I would like older completed items to be there but less pronounced than the items completed this week. For example maybe completed items would be green but recent completed would be bold green.
