#12 Make the priority value editable

I wanted to be able to edit the priority field when modifying a task, without having to click on the \'+\' and \'-\' fields hundreds of times. The \'+\' and \'-\' fields still work.

I made the changes to the source (revision 5294) and tested it in the iPhone emulator.

It may need to be tweaked a bit to improve the layout.

Also, there seem to be a lot of changes that were caused by opening XIB files, rather than by my input.
