#1713 Idle detection stop working after many weeks of usage.

After using for about a month's usage, the idle detection stops working and the timed task continues counting long after idle timout period and even through screensaver activation. The first time this happened, I was able to get it working again by uninstalling, and deleting my .tsk and all left over remmants, and then installing again. The second time is not proving to be effective.
