#1691 Labeled task modifications

Hi. This is a suggestion for an enhancement: instead of having a generic "modified" time-stamp for each task, make modifications labeled and/or classified. For example, "task was made active", "task became inactive", "task mark completed" etc. This way, the task history becomes much more meaningful to the user.
