TaksCoach version 1.4.1 (debian designation 1.4.1-4) on Debian 8.3 (current of 2016-01-24)

When trying to open an attachment, a dialog is given:
"Desktop 'X11' not supported (neither DESKTOP_LAUNCH nor os.startfile could be used)"
However, when path to file is entered within Description field (file:///file_name), TashCoach will recognise it, print it in blue, turn mouse cursor into appropriate "hand" icon when above the link, and open it successfuly on single click.

I appologise for not trying last version, I am trying to test the current version shipped with Debian. According to release notes of TaskCoach, this problem was not noticed in 1.4.1 nor in 1.4.2. There is open bug 1607 similar to this one

A fix was made and checked into the source code repository of Task Coach. The fix will be part of the next release. You will get another notification when that release is available with the request to install the new release and confirm that your issue has indeed been fixed.

If you like, you can download a recent build from http://www.fraca7.net/TaskCoach-packages/latest_bugfixes.py to test the fix.

Because a fix has been made for this bug report, the priority of this report has been lowered to 1 and its resolution has been set to 'Fixed'.
    Thanks, Task Coach development team

    Thank you.
Yes, I can confirm that release 1.4.3-1 is fixed.
Test was done on Debian Wheezy (7), not Jessie (8), but I believe that this is not significant.
