I have a task that is late, but when I mark it active the icon changes but the text color does not. This appears to be happening for many tasks actually. But I also have tasks that are definitely marked correctly and change correctly when I change the state…
I tried moving between subtask or independent, no difference there. Same issue on both Mac and Linux.

I am on the very latest bugfix (5561)

I am attaching the Mac ini and the anonymized tsk file.
