taskcmd: 1.0-rc2 released

taskcmd is a simple command-line tool to manage per project and per sub-project tasks. Tasks are subdivided into achievements, issues and to do entries. The reporting tool outputs weekly reports and yearly reports with filtering capabilities.

taskcmd 1.0-rc2 has been released.

List of changes:
* R#2127064 updated: Now /^[:alpha:]*#[:numeric:]+/ is accepted.
* R#2127054: started implementation of XML output
* R#2127054: XML output is complete. To be heavily tested.
* R#2127080: Priorities field is available.
* R#2140862: Multiple selection for filters is available.

* Fixed: When a project was defined with non-sequential ids only, task close wouldn't work.
* Fixed: problem handling % character in entries.
* Update: Changed the XSL and CSS templates to take the priority field into account.
* Update: Changed task add into task change
* Update: bg.bat updated accordingly to use task --xml
