#7 Task blocker stopped blocking Microsoft click-to-run files (task blocker can be circumvented?)

Works for most files, and also worked initially for the Microsoft office click-to-run files (as you can see from the number of times it was successfully blocked), but for whatever reason it stopped blocking them. I actually downloaded this primarily to block those files because they otherwise cause problems for me. Attached is a screenshot that shows the processes are blocked, but running, and that the task blocker itself is running and actively blocking processes. I tried re-adding them from the list of active processes, but attempting to do so results in a message that it's already added. This is a significant concern because of someone can figure out how Microsoft gets around a task blocker so can a virus programmer.
