#4 Task Blocker stops when launched at Windows startup

I've just downloadede and installed the x64 version on Windows 8.1 64 bit.
Program runs fine when invoked manually.
When started as early as possible (ticking 'Launch the application at windows startup' in Preferences) it stops
with a message: 'Task Blocker has stopped working'.

The "launch at startup" feature isn't compatible from windows 8 because of new microsoft security policy.

A possible workaround could be to create a TaskBlocker shortcut in the Startup folder, and then modify the shortcut properties -> compatibility -> check "run as administrator".
And the last step is to disable the annoying UAC.

I get the same in Windows 7 HP 64-Bit. I created a New Task in Iask scheduler to start when computer is started.

I can't seem to get Task Blocker to run properly at all after the first install...period. Not even an uninstall/reinstall works now...it immediately crashes with this error. Windows 7 HP 64-bit. Suggestions?
