Task Automation and Schedule Knowledge : TASK

TASK is an integrated system of a web front end to a database that is specifcally designed to give an organisation the ability to track projects, or tasks.

TASK also provides automated email notification of overdue or late tasks.

TASK is currently used in a full production capacity by several organisations who use it as their job tracking system.

It has the ability to track the hours worked on a particular task to any person.

It is very light on system resources, and is highly portable to any system that provides :

Berkely DB v1.0

The automated features rely on the presence of a local SMTP server eg sendmail.

It has user and some technical documentation written.
