#3 Preprocessor symbol handling inefficient

The preprocessor currently holds the #defined symbols
on a linked list. Since every identifier is checked
against this list (most often unsuccessfully), it is
fairly time consuming. The linear list should be
changed to a skiplist. Program function is not
affected, but assembly speed is.
