The program concept has been changed and now it requires dotNet framework 2.0...
Also added plugin support and a few buggy ( yet ) plugins.

Now is available the first specification of TARN project. Currently is 50% ready.

Pre-alpha version of ArcanumX2 build tool is now available for j2me project building.
New features are comming up with the alpha and beta versions soon.
