Is there any way to insert a row in the spreadsheet? I can't seem to find a way to do it. Of course I can fix it in OpenOffice and reload it, but I was hoping for an easier way.

Sorry there is no way to insert a new row. There is copy/cut/paste support which might be almost what you need.
