#21 autorun or magicdev on HDD install

KDE has it's own way of automatcly mounting CDs and
running "/cdrompath/autorun" if it exists.
Autorun (autorun.sourceforge.net) came with Red Hat 6.1
and Red Hat
first placed an autorun file on the installation CD
with Red Hat 7.1.
Debian has MagicDev.
This will allow companion CDs and others to autorun and
show their html files through the web browser.
