[Tapper-develop] Version 0.01C is available

Tapper version 0.01C is available both at Tapper.sourceforge.net on teh source
code page and at the http://sourceforge.net/projects/tapper/ site under the
"Files Release" link.

Tuning serialization seems to work.  Read the notes in a previous e-mail about
the class structure and usage of the new classes.
