#13 Update SQL for Oracle
The SQL all comes designed to be used with PostgreSQL
and the DSpace database manager that interracts with
it. Now that has changed to provide the potential for
Oracle support we have to remove all the semi-colons
from SQL queries to come into line with the database
manager and also make sure that the SQL works with
Oracle (if possible)
