#10 Remove metadata from java

There is an issue with ThesesSubmitServlet.java which
contains the words "Theses and Dissertations" to become
part of the metadata record. A convenient fix ought to
be found for this, where the language of the phrase can
be changed.

This might be best done alongside some
internationalisation efforts from the DSpace community

Changing this will impact on the tools that use the fact that
'Thesis or Dissertation' is the way that Theses or Dissertations
are labelled in the type dc field. This currently includes:
