Hello,
I need help. May you please guide me.
I want to develop a project. It is a complete
solution of CTI and IVR systems. It works for E1
lines (30+
lines).
It ansewr incoming calls, with some ivr fuctions
capture the destination phone number for another city.
then communicate with an IP (host computer in
requested city) via Internet (tcp/ip), the host
computer
dial requested phone number via E1 lines. then now
two servers in source city and destination city will
capture the voice streams and send over the IP (VoIP)
full-duplex and licsten to streams to detect the
hang up tone to disconnect.
I searched whole the world and can't find an Activex
to do both Tapi and VoIP routines. now may you
please guide me how I can do this. Is there any
activex?
