#1 Can not find SQL to set up the database

The installation page at
http://tapetracker.sourceforge.net/docs/installation.php3
mentions to run the sql script to setup your database
(db_setup.sql).

I downloaded and extacted the zip from SourceForge,
however I could not find the db_setup.sql.

Was this file in there? Am I just missing it?

Please help!
