#8 Customize lib Directory

When adding a remote repository to a project, TP
conveniently downloads the appropriate JAR and sets up
the buildpath. I assume the lib directory is coming
from Spindle, but it'd be more convenient if this was
customizable. I use Spindle myself, but prefer to use
a different directory structure (as do many other people).
