#4 Scrollable menu

Hello:

Sometimes the options are too long, and the menu occupy
all the space available and the navigation is something
annoying. for it I have two suggestions:

I) With a parameter of how many items maximum will have
(or better if the component can calculate it) and put
an arrow, like in WinXP Menu to scroll down/up or
left/right

II) That expand horizontally (or vertically), as Win
95/98 menú, but in very exagerated cases it would fill
all the screen.

This would go deeply into the JavaScript library. I don't
really want to change significantly the JavaScript library.
I'm not the author of it and if I changed it, I would get
decoupled of future versions of it.
I'm just trying to wrap the given library for Tapestry.
