Is there any possibility to get new release of this component based on JsCookMenu ver 2.0.X ?

  Possibility is very high to get it until end of this week. Probably earlier. ;)
  
  supported features will be:
  
  - search bot friendly HTML-structure
  - additional offset parameters
  - support of new effects
  - may be the new 'gray' theme
  
  did I miss something else ?
  
  There will also be a new GUI-tool to visually create new themes.
