#1 BPM Sync for at least TAP-Echo

Hello!

I would be very happy, if a MIDI BPM syncronization could be implemented.

I'm using AlsaModularSynth as LADSPA-Host and it would be nice, when jackd's or any alsa-midi capable application's signal (whatever) could be used as BPM-count driver and some control-unit could be used to adjust the multiplier (maybe range 0.1 to 10).

so the echoes would stay in sync forever and the echo-plugin could be used for more than a simple echo (e.g. loop)
