#1 Never-ending game

IIRC, in Go, when the players pass 3 times in a row, the
game ends automatically. But with TangoGo, the game
doesn't end!

I (black) passed, gnuGo (white) passed and I passed
again.Then the program doesn't do anything. Also don't
let me play again, saying that its not my turn.

I haven't used it too much, but I already liked. I hope that
it continues to improve.
