#796 Event -> Wrong attribute name in DeviceAttribute for DS using a file as Db

If you use events and your device server process is using a file as database, the attribute name in the DeviceAttribute instance belonging to the EventData structure passed to the callback is polluted with the
"#dbase=no" at its end. This is not true for the first time the callback is called.
