#794 Possible crash in asynchronous calls due to race condition in omniORB 4.2.1

Hi,

We found a bug in omniORB which could occur for instance if a client timeout expires at the same time as an asynchronous call "returns".
The bug was reported to Duncan Grisby (maintainer of omniORB) who found a fix very quickly and proposed the following patch to solve this issue.
The fix will be part of omniORB 4.2.2.
This bug is not present in omniORB 4.1.
This patch will be published on the Tango web site in the coming hours.
