* Currency conversion values updated
* Another full QC pass catching numerous bugs
* Vouchers fixed/tweaked and are bound to purchasor`s usr_id
* General signup bugs fixed
* No shipping country in catalogue item bug in checkout.asp fixed
* Subscription billing has been cleaned up and ported to the new CC
billing system
* Purchasing capture system uses SOAP to run credit card transactions
* No cookies session breakage in CMS and admin_contents.asp fixed
* XML transform errors are now captured and stored
* SOAP transactions supported
* New XML data section in core_lib
* get_remote_page() replaced with connect_remote_page()
* validate_xml() has been cleaned up
