[Tamber-developers] Tamber 1.9.10 has been released

Dear Tamber List,

This is a Feature freeze release. Lots of stuff has been fixed.

* Build checked
* Full QC pass - tons of bugs fixed
* CMS and mailout primitives fixed
* Changing the number vouchers in the cart is working again
* Function cleanups: get_xml_doc() and frce_settgs()
* Icons used in the build have been updated and fixed
* FEATURE FREEZE
* User tracking system cleaned up so that it hits the DB less often
* Hooks for live update system added
* New function: get_remote_page() requests and returns a text page located
on any specified HTTP server
* validate_time_stamp() works correctly when an action stamp rolls over
from one day to the next
* update/edit_sys_item() fuctions moved out of core_lib
* /admin/data_man/db_rep_pre.asp saves new database details
* Ticketing system displays correct date
* New layout in admin home area
