#7 Appicon notifications

<rburns> appicon notifications .. nothing fancy .. just
something that blinks/turns a color/something under two
conditions. if the app is hidden and anything is said,
if the app is visible and your name is mentioned, or
you are messaged

<rburns> this is because the top of the window is
usually covered up, includeing the tabs, and while I
can see the at the bottom of the window what is
happening in one channel, I often miss private message
tab stuff

Along these same lines, i'd also like an audible ping option
or a growl notification :)
