Installing

This is a front end for espeak, you need to download and install espeak from here:

http://espeak.sourceforge.net/

Once it is installed run Talk Dirty TTS, and it will prompt you for the eSpeak\command_line folder.
This is usually in :
64 bit windows-
c:\program files(x86)\eSpeak\command_line
32 bit windows-
c:\program files(x86)\eSpeak\command_line

That is it!
