You can pin opera by drag & drop. Remove any opera pining from talika. Just drag opera from application menu and drop it in talika. Launch opera from pinned application. If oprera opens in sperate icon, right click on pinned icon and select attach to task.

Pinning Opera adds "Opera Widget Installer" instead. Clicking on that icon does nothing.
