#9 Hooking does not always work

There are two issues:

(1) Taksi won't hook to some applications at all (Guild Wars 2 beta for instance)

(2) Sometimes it only hooks to them, if the application is started after Taksi. That will automatically hook it, but the integrated App Hook doesn't succeed.

I've had these problems with several applications.
