Trying to make more productive use out of this program, but Taki is silently
exiting on my Blackberry Classic. Log is not providing a clue about what is
causing this. Recently got Taki working with TLS on the Google Voice Gateway,
but next thing I see is the program crashing every time I bring it up. Nothing's
changed on my Blackberry. This became critical when the Acrobits SIPIS server
apparently crashed 4 days ago and stopped all incoming calls to all of my VoIP
accounts. Every time I tried to go back to Taki, it had crashed after every
call, or in about 90 seconds if no calls came in.
There is a limit on how many apps you can run simultaneously on BB
phone. Please check that you are not exceeding this limit. Newly open
app will kick one of the previously started task.
Is there any change in network state when you notice the crash? E.g.
switch from cellular to wifi.
How are you using SIPIS with Taki? I though it only works with their
mobile client.
90 sec. Is there any events configured with this frequency? E.g.
"Registrar Expiry" or "NAT keep alive"?

This device is nowhere near any limit of simultaneous running apps. Typically, Taki would be the only app running (usually in the foreground).
No setting within Taki is close to how long Taki will run before exiting. Only two settings that specify time periods are Register Expiry and NAT keepalive, and they are at their default settings (180 seconds and 20 seconds). Some times it’s a short length of time, other times it’s much longer (stopwatch is now showing me over 19 minutes running after my last call). Trying to get a better handle on how long it runs either in standby only, or with some use and then standby.
SIPIS is only working with my Google Voice (Gateway) account. That’s SIPIS only between my device and the Simon Telephonics Gateway (not to Google, itself). That’s using mandatory TLS with ZRTP on. All other accounts have TLS and ZRTP turned off. I place most outbound calls via voip.ms and Google Voice is usually there for inbound calls.
As for the network state, the device is not moving, usually sitting on a table while running Taki before it exits. Each time it’s exited, device was running on Wi-Fi through cable internet, with carrier internet as a backup.
